    Our server Katrina was excellent and her attention made our meal much more enjoyable! The meal was delicious too!

    Restaurant was overbooked. We had to wait 20 minutes for the table to be set up.. Crab appetizer still had shells in it. Another server was complaining to staff member that he didn't have room to work and didn't mind who heard him.

    The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful, but a bit to dark especially for pictures. The service was mid. It seems that when gratuity is already added the servers aren’t as attentive, which was my experience. All of my food was lukewarm and I expected it to be piping hot. Although my steak wasn’t hot, the flavor was definitely there. Overall it’s a nice restaurant worth a try.

    We had reservations on Thanksgiving for five people at 6:30 PM. I realize it was a holiday and not just a typical day. We arrived about five minutes early for a reservation and had to wait over 30 minutes to get our table. After observing being there a while I feel like the problem was the people there just weren’t leaving the tables even after they were done. I would’ve been a little bit more honest when we first got there they said that they were setting our table up. I’m also not sure if they were short staffed because the table was empty that we sat at for a good 1015 minutes before we got there. I cannot remember our waitresses name, but she was wonderful and made up for what the front desk was lacking . The food was very good and I would definitely go back. I just don’t understand how people can be rude sitting in the tables looking at the front entrance was probably 30 or more people packed waiting to get a table..

    Our second time visiting Morton’s on Thanksgiving. Last year, we had a number of issues. This year, our only challenge was our drinks took 30 minutes to get to our table and mine was wrong. Other than that, our server was very kind and apologetic on the long wait. Turkey dinner was fabulous!

    Took family for mom’s 80th birthday, I expected some delay on a Sunday evening with a big party being served for a child’s Christening. Service was so slow it took enjoyment out of the dinner.
