I had an awful experience at Mosa Restaurant and Bar on Sunday, December 15th. We had a 4:00 PM reservation for a birthday and holiday celebration and arrived at 3:45 PM, only to be ignored until 4:05 PM. Despite our reservation, we stood at the front of the restaurant until 4:45 PM before being seated.
It was clear they overbooked and didn’t have the space or staff to handle large parties. After waiting an hour to be seated, we were told the kitchen would close at 5:15 PM, leaving us rushed and stressed. To make matters worse, the server didn’t come to our table until 5:30 PM. For a large party, there should have been at least two servers to handle our needs.
The service was unprofessional, and the atmosphere was disappointing. The music was cut off while we were still eating, and we had to ask about the birthday song we requested, which wasn’t even done.
We spent $352 for subpar service, poor management, and an overall bad experience. If the restaurant can’t provide proper accommodations, they should not accept reservations. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
