After seeing the menu (following link from OpenTable app) I was looking forward to ordering what I'd seen. However, the menu in the restaurant did not match what I'd seen. I eat a modified keto diet and this limits restaurant choices somewhat. While the meal I ordered was good, well prepared, and arrived in short order, I was disappointed---what I saw online did not match what was available in the restaurant (and this was the primary reason I had chosen Mosaic.) My son and I enjoyed the crispy brussel sprouts appetizer (though they needed salt) and he had no complaints about his double smashed burger and fries. I ended up with a salad (added grilled salmon) but the bowl I'd hoped to order was not available.

Everyone from the hostess to the server (Jack) was great! Everyone seems to work well together. Food was good! Only con took a while for food to come out.

We had a wonderful time and Anna treated us perfectly! She was attentive but distant enough to not interrupt every 10 minutes. Could not recommend the experience enough! Thank you all!

Mosaic was not a well-oiled machine on February 16. It took a half hour wait and two tries to deliver the glass of wine I ordered. My entree — Honey Sriracha Chicken— arrived with the wrong vegetable side. The kitchen staff later brought the side I had ordered. The chicken (boneless) was as hard and tough as a hockey puck. Happily, my dining partner enjoyed his smashburger, though. This wasn’t at all like our past visits to Mosaic, which have been pleasant, with very prompt and gracious service, and tasty meals.

Food was amazing and very Mosaic in taste and presentation. Service was excellent and Anna was professional and caring. Menu selection changes were surprising. The brunch menu no longer includes “The Big Mosaic” breakfast. This is disappointing and yet we really found 2 exceptional entrees. We look forward to the return of the Big Mosaic Breakfast in the near future. Also, up until 3 PM on Sundays only the Brunch is being served now. The regular menu (including marvelous lunch selections) was not available. Our tiny table was next to very loud patrons; we did not get seated at high tables (as requested). It was difficult for us to have a conversation. Overall, Mosaic is certainly a wonderful experience in fine dining and we hope to continue to enjoy it there.

The members of my party enjoyed our dining experience at Mosaics. Our waitress was available to meet our needs. She kept us informed about our order status.

Not!a fan of the appetizer menu during hours 3 to 5, before the dinner time. We came hungry at 3:30. Enjoyed the appetizer, and fortunately, our server did offer the dinner menu. Nice place, worth returning after 4...quessing?

Had a truly fabulous Valentines dinner. Halibut was moist & flavorful, Lobster risotto perfecyedly prepared. Only downside was that it was absolutely freezing, most diners kept their coats on throughout the meal. Hard to focus on your significant other when you are just trying to stay warm.
