   Paolo was the person who greeted me as I walked into Mocscati. He was bartender/server who gave his all! Apparently I was before the dinner rush so as it got busier, he never forgot me. I’m also in the hospitality industry back in Chicago, IL and have been rewarded for excellent service. I understand and appreciate above average service. Thank you to Paolo at Moscati and his assistant staff for giving me great service and the Chef for beautiful presentation of the foods I ordered! Bravo! - Mary MG
