Moxies in Kitchener, Ontario is a showcase restaurant for the culinary skills of Chef Brandon Thordarson. This energetic urban grill offers a variety of fusion dishes that include everything from Asian-inspired rolls to souvlaki and burgers. The chef goes to great lengths to ensure that all ingredients are fresh and seasonal, so the menu at Moxies does change periodically.

Diners can enjoy interesting takes on old favorites, such as sushi cones, fusion-inspired chicken wings and more. Moxies also serves a variety of cocktails, beer and wine, and also serves the house-crafted beer “Big Life”. As with the food, cocktails are inspired by global flavors and are always prepared with an interesting twist to bring something new to life.

Gonna try Moxies again as this visit was Valentine’s Day. They didn’t have full menu available and were cranking people through trying to capture the day.

We were seated for promptly and drinks and appetizers came fast. Our server was so kind and polite. My hubby and I had the steak. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great. 10/10. We will definitely be back.

The food was not good at all. Only a selective menu for valentine's day. It was very smokey in the restaurant. I felt like I wanted to fall asleep.

It was a very disappointing experience. First of all, they tried to give us a table close to the toilet while there were so many empty tables. Then they made us order off the valentines day which had very limited options. There was no choice to order off the normal menu.

All staff encountered were polite and pleasant. Food was hot and delicious and nicely presented. Server kept checking in on us No rushing us out so we could enjoy a leisurely lunch. Love this place! Potstickers always delicious and the soup today was wonderful Thai Coconut.

Music was a bit too loud, but not terrible. Other than that, it was an enjoyable evening out, and we liked our meals a lot.
