Prepare yourself for a culinary experience that is truly one-of-a-kind in a National Park. Defining Rocky Mountain cuisine, Executive Chef Josh Gayer and his team offer local beef, wild game, and sustainable seafood—all prepared fresh in our on-site butcher shop—along with local organic produce and freshly-made baked goods from our in-house bakery. The dessert menu will also impress with creatively-prepared sweet treats and house-made ice cream and sorbet.

Spectacular view. Worth the wait! Food is good. Service was a bit slow, but crowded due to the final night of the season. Highly recommend for visitors!

Stunning view of the Tetons in an historic room with surprisingly excellent food. My trout and my wife's prime rib were done perfectly and the huckleberry tart we shared for dessert was unique and tasty.

Well, amazing amazing big room big windows and fabulous sunset. But the food just wasn’t very good. The salads were huge and delicious but the entrees were not. I would certainly eat there again but stick with salads and maybe appetizers.

a great evening with good food and a generous glass of wine. It was my birthday which I mentioned when making the reservation but nobody took any notice - so why ask about special occasions on the booking form in the first place?
