   The appetizer shrimp was heavenly!!! The lamp chops was flavorful, wasn’t a fan of the filet mignon that was bland. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was a vibe reminded me of Marrakech, will visit again

   Palatial decor reminiscent of opulent dining rooms in India coupled with impeccable service and innovative delicious riffs on Indian food with Latin and French touches make this restaurant one that is worthy of making a special trip . We came from San Francisco and our trip was worthy of a special trip . Worthy of at least 2 Michelin Stars if not three .

   Dinner at Musaafer offered a burst of flavor in every bite. Since it was our first visit and a special occasion, we elected to try the tasting menu with the wine pairing. I can say that each course was beautifully presented and even more tasty. Our server, Jerry, was very knowledgeable about each dish even going as far to tell us which region of India inspired the chef to create the version offered at the restaurant. It was a great experience that I’d recommend for the occasional splurge.

   The food and the ambience was exactly what I expected, a different and luxurious take on a classic Indian restaurant. All the dishes that I tried were a different take on the traditional Indian dishes that they were based on, which was refreshing. All of them were exceptional. The cocktails were delicious and different, which would excite a connoisseur. I was there with my girlfriend for here birthday. The servers put in significant effort to make your experience special.

   Everything here is amazing - the attention to detail in every single thing from the second you walk in. The staff are know everything about the food, culture, ingredients and are all so nice and helpful. One of our favorite restuarants in the City.

    Foodie couple who enjoy tasting menu’s. Travel just to try new food. Came to Musaafer because it’s A Michelin star restaurant in Houston that we had not yet tried. Not a huge Indian food person or so we thought. The food was top notch and exceeded our expectations. Roshi our server was great. He explained each course like you were a guest in his home, it was like hearing a story. He did a great cocktail and mocktail pairing for us. Overall very impressed and plan to return. Only complain was the drinks were a bit slow coming out but not a deal breaker for us. Highly recommend.
