   A wonderful experience with the best, most creative Indian cuisine I’ve ever had, infused with local elements that made each dish a journey worth savoring. Our favorites were the 72-hour Dal, the butter chicken experience (like you know it but with a twist!), the chipotle chicken appetizer, and the artistic and tasty lychee ceviche to start. Highly recommend everyone who enjoys Indian and related cuisine check it out.

   Beautiful Beautiful restaurant. Amazing service. Appetizers of the CHIPOTLE CHICKEN TIKKA was incredible and would order again. We were thinking if it was an entree option , we would have gotten that for a bigger portion. The NIHARI BIRRIA TACOS were great as well if you are into Lamb. The DUM KI RIBS I would not recommend or order again as when I expect to eat short ribs, they are always tender, and almost shred when your fork goes into it, this dish did not have that texture at all but actually had the opposite, was tough and didn’t have much flavor in the inside of the meat once it was cut. I ended up leaving half of my dish on the table and did not finish it. Now the Malwani Fish Curry, my partner ordered this and he loved it. It cut soft like butter, the sauce was spicy but bearable and flavorful. Great dish. Overall great experience, I probably would stick to fish and chicken at this restaurant. We also had the Brussels sprouts and they were ok.

   Our server Marc did a great job explaining the dishes we were interested in trying. Portions were very generous and preparation excellent. Definitely worth the Michelin Star!!

   The food at Musaafer was outstanding—every dish we tried, from the ceviche and pani puri to the butter chicken experience, was top-notch. The ambiance was equally impressive, making for a truly special setting. That said, the service fell short of expectations, especially for a first-time visit, and special date. Our server seemed rushed and stressed, which took away from the experience. We had heard that Musaafer prides itself on sharing the history and culture behind its dishes, but we didn’t get much of that. At one point, our server tried to clear our appetizers before we were finished, and when I asked to take a picture of a unique Indian wine bottle, he walked away even as I called his name —possibly didn’t hear me, but it still felt off. He was nice, but not at the level of professionalism I’d expect from a Michelin Star establishment. I rarely leave less than five stars, and I’d genuinely love to return for a better experience. Hoping this was just an off night for the server because the food and atmosphere deserve the best service to match!

   It was all great, but I especially loved the paneer, the 65, the pokoda. The service was above par. And the atmosphere was spectacular!

    The opulent elegance of Musaafer’s decor provides the perfect backdrop for this gorgeous meal that was colorful both visually and on the palate. Service, while informative and polite, lacked warmth. We raved about our cocktails, and most of what we ate was simply stellar. Those appetizers! The lychee ceviche is pure brilliance! Refreshing and surprising. The lamb chops were savory, and incredibly tender, and the octopus… wow. It was meaty with the texture of decadent lobster. All three were mins-blowing. The beef vindaloo was “okay.” The sauce was delicious, but the steak was under seasoned and slightly tough. The eggplant dish and paneer were outstanding! However, the naan was too thin and crisp for my liking. Overall a wonderful meal enjoyed with friends who appreciated its splendor.
