Two chefs of The Spice Route Co. were sent on this ambitious task of traveling 29 states of India; gathering stories and experiences along the way and bringing home age-old regional recipes, which have been translated into our eclectic menu. You’ll find Musaafer in Houston in the Galleria shopping complex, close to the city’s lively business district. The elegant two-story space with sweeping windows offers a luxurious and memorable dining experience. Guests are treated to unforgettable Indian cuisine, a world-class wine program and unparalleled hospitality.

Food was good but not exceptional and service was poor especially as the restaurant now touts its Michelin star credentials ! Server hardly showed up, slow , missed parts of end order and talked way too much!

The food I felt had more cream bases, some of the dishes are innovative and tasty like the Tuna Papad, Oysters and some are just good. One thing to notice their meats melt in mouth. The decor and ambience is great though. If you are looking for authentic Indian foods it’s not the place, it has more

The place is great. The 12 dish menu with the experience was espectacular. Every dish was carefully done and clearly explained in order to enjoy the experience. Service was excellent. It was really worth it
