Two chefs of The Spice Route Co. were sent on this ambitious task of traveling 29 states of India; gathering stories and experiences along the way and bringing home age-old regional recipes, which have been translated into our eclectic menu. Not only was the food absolutely stunning, the staff exceeded all expectations. Service! Service! Service! Bravo to the staff! This is why we dine at high end establishments. My wife and I had the 12 course menu and got full just about halfway ( I know!). The staff was so accommodating to allow us to take the remaining food home, and even gave specific instructions to reheat and how to pair certain parts of the dish. There is no other service in town like they offer. Hats off to you all!

Our first time at this restaurant and it was spectacular! It might have been the best food I have ever had. Our server, Melissa was so sweet and gracious-and helped us order and she was spot on! This was a gift from a very good friend from India and she knows good Indian food. We will be back-a great place to celebrate a special day-or just life! When we return we will ask for Melissa.

I had the tasting menu and it definitely satisfied my palate. The ceviche with escolar and the sea bass curry were my top favorites. Service was fantastic, i didn’t have to ask for anything. Our server Ronaldo was amazing and he made our experience so much better. I was not impressed with the cocktails. I had the Negroni and diamond old fashion which were ok, I wouldn’t order it again though. Also the table and bar height seemed a little off from the stools and chairs. I hate when I feel sunken in or too low/high to a table. The decor and ambiance is stunning. It felt very classy, very sexy and I will definitely be back.
