Since it was established in 1830, Nadaman has been a popular Japanese cuisine among official guests by nation and celebrities. The chic tranquil space is decorated with eye-catching modern Japanese art depicting leaves falling from Gingko trees, a great symbol of Tokyo, while its large windows offer panoramic views of the city. This refined and calm restaurant offers teppanyaki (hotplate grill), sushi counters, and private dining rooms. This long-established restaurant is firmly rooted in tradition and focused on the future, offering cooking that does not compromise on quality, giving guests the chance to savour authentic Japanese cuisine of all types, including kaiseki (multi-course haute cuisine), sushi, teppanyaki etc.
Upon your reservation, please make a note if you want additional seating requests-- teppanyaki, sushi counter, or a table by the window. Our staff will contact you.

平日の鉄板焼きランチ利用でした。１１時半の開店と同時に入店すると、鉄板を囲んで数席の落ち着いた部屋に通されました。滞在時間の半分くらいまでは貸し切り状態で特にリラックスした環境でした。前菜等のお料理は手がかかっていて盛り付けも美しく、魚とお肉は材料も火入れもよく全て美味しくいただきました。サービスも素晴らしかったです。食事が終わるとオープンスペースの窓際席へ移動し、熱いお茶とデザートをゆっくりといただきました。

中国人と思われる3人組（男2,女1）が、スマホでハンズフリーを使って会話していてうるさかった。お店の人が注意して止めたが、悪いと思っていない。国が違えば仕方ないが‥。

Fantastic service with great food, impeccably presented. Ambience was very calm and dignified until a bunch of Americans came by with their children, but otherwise an great experience overall.

なだ万の鉄板カウンターは小さめの個室で、シェフの腕前を見ながら、落ち着いて食事をいただくことが出来ます。一品一品のバランスや配されるタイミングも良く、黒毛和牛のコースを楽しみました。デザートがメインフロアに移動していただくことが出来る点も良いと思います。コロナ禍で久しぶりの利用になりましたが、また伺いたいと思います。
