    Fun evening and place. But be prepared. Superoverpriced. $120 for an hour of bowling is steep even with postCOVID inflation. Plus need to still pay to rent bowling shoes on top of that $5pp. Beware, payment is made prior to stating, before I even took off my coat. Plus the now usual option of 18-20or22% tip. Which I did. Not sure why. Yes we are in a tip everybody all the time culture, but will gladly do so after we order our food and drink and see how the service is. And tip on that. Lastly, they really mean an hour. We had rented 2 lanes for 11 people. ($350 after tax and tip and shoes) and they literally shut down our lanes in the 10th frame with 2 bowlers left to finish their game on each lane. No parties were booked in the lane after us and the lanes remained empty after we left. Long story short. Super pricey. Expectation to tip for service. Which in the end we did not even receive. This is definitely not an “I want to speak to the manager” situation. But definitely won’t be back.

    That was the best Pizza I ever had. Super huge. It could have fed 3 ppl. Can’t wait to go back!

    Service was terrible. From the start the hostess was giving attitude and rude when we walked in. Our waitress messed up our bill 4x. Never checked on us during our dinner and we were constantly waiting on her the whole time. Otherwise the food was good. Crap dip, dry ribs and bees pizza was great.

    Our bowling time slot got pushed back by 30 minutes due to the previous group being late. My group was not too impressed and couldn’t do much except to wait and have to push back our plans afterwards. No compensation or discounts on shoe rentals from this inconvenience. We would recommend to review the policy of being late as it affects other customers. Otherwise, the food and service were positive.

    We booked a reservation on a Friday night and it wasn’t very busy at all. We had a party of 6 and the waitress dropped off waters and left us for over 20 minutes. No acknowledgement, nothing, at around the 25 min mark of not being able to get a drink order placed we decided to go elsewhere. Very bad considering we had high expectations after seeing how great the space looks.

    Myself and my friends absolutely loved this place!! Great service and support and such fun vibes. Bowling was great and the whole place has a really cool retro modern vibe. Will definitely be going again and highly recommend!!!

    What a fantastic experience at the newly opened National in Toronto. We celebrated my wife's birthday. The food was great. For vegetarians, Poke and Falafel Bowl is a must try. I'm blanking out on our server's name, but she was just awesome (the spectacle girl haha server ID 5552). Made the right suggestions, did not rush us into ordering and even got a complimentary treat for her birthday celebration. Thank you! Later in the night we enjoyed a couple of games at the bowling lane. A perfect birthday night thanks to everyone at National. Cheers!
