NECTAR offers Asian-inspired, French-infused signature dishes were developed by our late chef Patrick Feury & Executive Chef, Kenny Huang.

NECTAR’s eclectically creative menu offers the perfect amalgamation of classic French and Asian cooking with the freshest, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients. Our menu includes fresh-caught seafoods like Wild Alaskan Salmon, Alaskan Halibut, and Arctic Char; animal-sourced food options including grass-fed beef and free-range poultry; and locally-sourced, hand-picked organic produce.

    Tonight we enjoyed a variety of dishes. We started with the vegetable spring rolls. They were ok. We weren’t expecting them to be fried. Then we feasted on the short ribs, Wok lobster, and Nectar lo mein. All of those dishes were amazing. We have leftovers for another night. We didn’t save room for dessert. Maybe next time. I like how all the servers work together to serve and make sure we are satisfied and assist if we need anything.

    Fantastic experience tonight at Nectar. Our waitress Monica was excellent - she was extremely friendly and kept our waters refilled at all times. I’m sure tonight was stressful and busy with the post Valentine crowd but she never showed stress and made us feel very welcome. The food and drinks were excellent as well.

    Fabulous food and service! Considering it wa Valentine’s Day the food was prepared perfectly and was served timely. Our server was wonderful. She went out of her way to locate the correct vintage wine. The lamb chops and wok filet are always delectable.

    Overall experience was wonderful. It was Valentines Day night so they were very busy but their service was no where near challenged. Food was excellent. The only thing were the tables being a little too close together but understandable due to the high requests for 2 tops. Highly recommend!

    Food was good. The waiter could have been more attentive and friendlier than he was. Very high noise level. Suggest this restaurant think about ways to reduce noise (e.g. carpet on floor).

    We love Nectar. The food is always excellent. Their Sushi is the best on the main line, and their other Asian dishes are wonderful too. Classic western entrees such as lamb chops, short ribs or a their filet all have a creative Asian twist and are superb. They also have an excellent bar and a lively ambiance. Their service is always wonderful. It is one of our favorite restaurants!
