NECTAR offers Asian-inspired, French-infused signature dishes were developed by our late chef Patrick Feury & Executive Chef, Kenny Huang.

NECTAR’s eclectically creative menu offers the perfect amalgamation of classic French and Asian cooking with the freshest, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.     Last night we dined at Nectar. I had been here about 20 years ago, and we got take out last year. I didn't realize how nice and large the restaurant is. Before we arrived, we were taken aback by being forced to valet park. This didn't sit well with my husband. Luckily, I convinced him to find parking elsewhere, so we could have a nice dinner. Adam was very good with providing us excellent service. In fact, another gentleman assisted him and he was great as well. We started with shrimp miso soup and tempura vegetable rolls and pork dumplings. We weren't going to eat the rolls but they were really good. Both appetizers were yummy. I took a couple of the dumplings home for another meal. Then for dinner I enjoyed a seared tuna roll and my husband had chicken lo mein and tuna roll. He wanted to try the Nectar lo mein but was afraid that the boar would be too spicy, so he went with the chicken. The lo mein was very tasty! Next time we return, we will be sure to have that. Thanks for making our dinner great.

    Mixed reviews on the food. My husband was looking forward to the Tuna Tartare (he loves high quality rare tuna). It was fatty and off tasting so he put it aside. Spring rolls and Edamame were good. I ordered Saffron Infused Rice with Light Curried Chicken. Would not have know there was chicken in the salad; more like mini strips of bread crumb topping. The drinks are over priced compared to other nice restaurants in the area. Group I was with really liked the sushi they ordered. Bottom line…. Great place for sushi and ambiance.
