Welcome to Nectar, a gastronomic, effervescent and uninhibited refuge. Discover a place where expertise and creativity meet to bring you a creative culinary journey, offering a polysensory, rebellious and contemporary experience, created by a collective of passionates. We believe that every single taste should be a sensory experience, so we dedicate ourselves to creating an aromatic experience and an explosion of flavours on every plate. The Chef Aurélien Lasjuilliarias loves generously worked plates, rich in textures, often accompanied by a sauce or juice, accommodated by a thoughtful garnish. After 5 years of rigorous learning, fifteen years of work from palaces to bistros and always a desire for accomplishment, he developed an insatiable curiosity and a self-taught culture for the pleasure of the guests !

    Overall a nice tasting menu with ambition in an informal setting. The service could be brushed up on - they couldn’t find our reservation and then brought us the wrong menu twice. Also had annoying 80s music playing which was turned up much too loud. - ambience music only please for a tasting music.
