Nekia (pronounced nah-kay-ah) is an upscale restaurant located in the beautiful Holman Hotel offering a locally sourced ingredient driven menu featuring Pacific Northwest cuisine with Italian and Korean undertones. Chef Chauncey Roach showcases bold and inventive flavors in his dishes, and manager Scott Stolberg has created cocktail offerings that sing to the season and has curated local wines on tap. It was amazing . I didn’t really like the vegan roasted vegetables but I was the only one that didn’t like their meal - that happens! We had a wedding party of 9 and every one was very accommodating! Everyone else loved the appetizers and meals. I would recommend this restaurant for sure! I will come back and try a different dish! Thanks for making our evening special!
