Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. Housed on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha, Nick’s Quorum draws inspiration from the original supper clubs in the Midwest (notice our “immediate seating available” sign) at the host stand.

The potatoes and green beans were very good. The gravy and dressing were way too salty and on a scale of 1 to 10 the saltiness was a 50. The turkey was too dry and stringy, and the edges and skin were too tough to eat - it was also too salty. The saltiness of the food made the whole eating experience unpleasant. The cranberry sauce was delicious, but the serving was too small relative to the amount of meat and other sides. The pecan dessert was so overloaded with sticky syrup that it was also not pleasant to eat. The service was good, but the food needs a lot of work.

The breakfast tacos were incredible as was the malted waffle. Highly recommend for a unique and enjoyable dining experience

Our food took over 40 minutes to be served while tables around us that came in later were served, food eaten, and tables cleared while we waited. When questioned about delay, it appeared our order had been lost or never placed by the server. When the food finally arrived it was incomplete(missing one order) and not accurate( sausage vs bacon). When they attempted to complete the order, the wrong food was delivered. We were in a time crunch and just accepted. Recognizing their mistakes, the restaurant offered a 15% discount. Very disappointing experience.

We put together a large party before the Cornhusker vs Blue Jay men’s basketball game at CHI. It was OUTSTANDING. They sat us at the “wine table” they called it, right next to the gorgeous wine cellar. It was fun because we could see all of the Blue and Red fans shuffling in, and the place was packed. Our 3 course meal came out fast with friendly service. 4 Prime Ribs were carved at our table, and was delicious. Other favorites include the super club chicken entree, the filet, pasta app, the Mac & cheese side, and the sweet potato creme brule. We saw they feature live rat pack music on Saturdays and we re-booked next Saturday.

We arrived on a night they only serve the “Big Show Menu “ as Jelly Roll was in town. Our first time here. Food tasted good with prime rib being the best we have ever had in our lives. (That is saying a lot since we are 70 years old!) we loved the presentation of the prime rib with it being served table side. Chef made a crust that had a burst of flavor, so awesome. The reason I rated food 4 stars instead of 5 was because two items were served lukewarm. I want my food hot! The appetizer toasted orecchiette & chorizo had to be be returned to kitchen to be re heated. Then it took way too long to get it back! Then when entree was served with lukewarm sweet potato mash I was really disappointed. That item was returned at proper temperature in proper time. We definitely will return as there are so many items I want to try but the Prime Rib is to die for!

We enjoyed a delightful business brunch. The waygu burger and hand cut fries were tasty. My business colleagues enjoyed avocado toast and the signature fish sandwich. The service was friendly and very efficient. The music for the venue is very cool and unique. Highly recommend Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club. No matter what meal you choose to enjoy you need to try the prime rib chili, It was amazing!!
