    Very reasonably priced for the location and food (dinner plates were approx $40). The Seabass was cooked perfectly; paired with sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes- which did not need any additional seasonings. Good wine list (I am a studying sommelier); knew about 70% of the list; mostly big, reputable and respected wine makers - mostly California. Appropriately priced and nice selection. Attentive and very friendly service. Definitely recommend making a reservation since this place was packed busy on a Wednesday!

    We’re never disappointed at Nick’s restaurant on Lake in Pasadena. The food and service are consistently excellent. It’s always full which tells you something right there.

    I Started out with a cup of hot jasmine tea and my husband iced tea. We ordered the spinach dip appitizer and for dinner chiopino it was delicious! It came with bread. I highly recommend it! Can’t go wrong! Will definitely return! Delicious!! Can barely keep my eyes open!

    Felt very rushed by our waiter. He finally bs Jed off so we could enjoy ourselves. Food was very good. Music was very loud though.
