At Nick-San you will embark in a memorable culinary celebration guided by Angel Carbajal’s love for offering the best and freshest products from the sea. Meals that are inspired by the tradition and genius of his mentor, Masayuki Niikura, and served in comfortably refined settings. The original Nick-Sant opened back in 1994 in downtown Cabo San Lucas, a few steps from the Marina.

The lobster roll is off the charts! The black and white tuna appetizer is also a favorite!! Will be back before we leave!

We sat at the bar and did Omakase style like we always do when we go to Nicksan. Our sushi chef, Juan, put together some incredible dishes for us. All the wonderful bold flavors were amazing. It was our anniversary and the staff surprised us with a beautiful dessert with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate on the plate with a crazy candle! Thank you Nicksan. We have been going here every time we are in Cabo for the past 10 years and Nicksan and their amazing chefs and staff never disappoint. We will be back next year!

The food was absolutely amazing. We didn’t have a bad plate. Ordered seven dishes for the four of us. Not disappointed. The service was slow, noise level loud. No view which is important in Cabo when spending as much as we did. Will come back but only for a fast lunch at the sushi bar.

I see a lot of reviews making this place seem really expensive but in our experience most of the sushi rolls were a pretty standard price. Some of the premium stuff is a few dollars more expensive than where we are from but I did not find it to be overly expensive! Really enjoyed our meal and our visit to Cabo. Definitely recommend Nicksan after a beautiful boat tour!

One of our favorite spots in Cabo. We also like the 2nd location in San Palmilla. That is a bit more romantic. Our server Brito was great. Fun, informative. We had him a few years ago and he was just as nice from back then. Kumamoto Oyster were amazing. Love the Tuna Tostada

Had an excellent Anniversary Dinner last night. Carlos and Angel were EXCELLENT servers. Omakase was top notch. Highly recommend.

We were told by friends to come here and they suggested we sit at the sushi bar and ask for Edy. We ended up having the best experience we’ve ever had in Cabo and the sushi was amazing. Edy prepared everything in front of us and explained each dish. We will definitely be coming back!
