   Must have been an off night. We frequent Nicolette’s often. Food and service is usually top notch. Really disappointed this Sunday April 6. Staff were not very attentive, actually had to ask for more water and even then, the person continued with other things before our water was poured by someone else. All of the wait staff were a few feet away from us looking into the dining room, but no one came by, ask if we needed another drink, or how was everything. We felt very ignored. But the worse was that when our main course arrived. It was cold. My chicken fettuccine was made tableside and the chicken was very cold, and noodles were also cold, considering being cooked tableside. I thought it was me, but my wife said her meal was also cold. This is not the norm for this restaurant. But we don’t know if there was a change in staff or management, or chefs.

   We found our meals were not hot when we received them. No excuse for that in a restaurant like that.

    Amazing experience with Stalin our waiter for the second time this week! My son loved the Burrata pizza, the waygu crossed filet was one of the best I have had and the shrimp capellini was also wonderful! Don’t miss it!
