Our wood-stone pizza oven is at the heart of our kitchen and our dough has been diligently perfected to deliver Neapolitan style pizzas with seasonally changing toppings over a delicious crust. Guests are encouraged to order a range of dishes from our extensive menu selection, which are best shared family-style. Nightingale's award winning wine list has been carefully curated, and our highly trained Sommelier Team is on hand to guide you towards local hidden gems, as well as both those elusive and more popular varietals. We offer a range of local craft beers as well as classic and seasonally changing original cocktails.

    Join us with parties of 8-12 guests for a Group Dining reservation. All parties will enjoy our group menu, priced at $65 per guest and served family style, to share. You can view the current Group Menu on our website. Our dishes change frequently based on seasonality and availability, so you will receive our current menu on arrival and all selections will be made with your server. We allocate 3 hour dining times for all group bookings, and an automatic gratuity of 19% will be included on the bill. Should you need to cancel, we require 48 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of $25 per guest will be charged to the credit card on file.

    Excellent everything! The ambiance, service, food, and cleanliness were all excellent. The server was attentive and not hovering - really well done and balanced.

    We went during happy hour, ordered cocktails followed by a bottle of the Syrah-Grenache. For appetizers we shared pepperoni pizza, fried chicken, hummus with toasted sourdough and beets on a bed of whipped feta. All excellent. PS I wear hearing aids and they accommodated me by putting me us in a quieter area of the restaurant. Much appreciated.

    The restaurant looked beautiful as always especially with the Christmas decor. The food was delicious but just a note that there is no modifications including the cook of the steak. Otherwise a lovely night.

    We really enjoyed our experience, from the laid back atmosphere, the beautiful decor, super friendly & helpful staff to the amazing food, We loved the flavours of the sweet potato dish and the mushroom pizza (would be better with fresh arugula). We plan to go back to try the other dishes as we ran out of space in our bellies:)

    Our recent dinner at Nightingale was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to our outstanding server, Mohammed. From the moment we sat down, Mohammed’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for the evening. He was truly a delight, and his cheerful personality made us feel right at home. What truly made the evening special was Mohammed’s engaging and personable nature. He effortlessly balanced professionalism with a genuine sense of humor, making us laugh and enjoy every moment. His attentive service ensured that our glasses were never empty, and he frequently checked in to make sure we were satisfied without being intrusive. The food at Nightingale was exquisite, but it was Mohammed who elevated our dinner to an unforgettable experience. His exceptional service, combined with his ability to create a joyful and relaxed atmosphere, made for an evening filled with laughter and delicious food. We left Nightingale with full hearts and stomachs, grateful for the wonderful service provided by Mohammed. He is a true asset to the restaurant, and we look forward to returning for another delightful evening.

    Wonderful food. We ordered four dishes for just two people and the food was plenty. The Japanese sweet potato was overwhelmingly good (10/10)-- the crunchy skin with the sauce and chili oil was amazing, WOW! We also loved the butter squash ravioli (9/10). The stuffing was complex and delicious. The bass was a bit of a miss (still 7/10). The fish was a bit overcooked but it was overall saved by the tasty, crunchy skin. The tomatoy minestrone added some flavor but overall that dish was a bit bland. The mushroom pizza was delicious (10/10). Roasted garlic added so much flavor to the pizza. We ordered two cocktails, both were okay but not amazing. The service was perfect. We just wished that we were seated not so close to the front door, as whenever somebody entered, we could feel a blast of cold air. Great restaurant, great food, great service. I'll bring my family here again and again next time I visit Vancouver!

    I did not appreciate the service. Our server brought the bill without asking if we were done. It felt like we were indirectly asked to leave. Other than that, food and ambiance were great.
