Guests will enjoy a custom four-course menu along with 3 cocktails and 3 tastings of different expressions of Cantera Tequila. Sit back and relax as Brand Ambassador, Theo Rutherford, walks guests through the collection. Seating is communal. Price includes tax and gratuity. No refunds or cancellations.

    Join us with parties of 8-12 guests for a Group Dining reservation. All parties will enjoy our group menu, priced at $65 per guest and served family style, to share. You can view the current Group Menu on our website. Our dishes change frequently based on seasonality and availability, so you will receive our current menu on arrival and all selections will be made with your server. We allocate 3 hour dining times for all group bookings, and an automatic gratuity of 19% will be included on the bill. Should you need to cancel, we require 48 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of $25 per guest will be charged to the credit card on file.

    Outstanding meal served by a lovely and friendly server Jenea (spelling?). We thoroughly enjoyed everything and can’t wait to return next time we are in Vancouver.

    My fiancee and I went here for out anniversary. Food was alright, the best one was the fried chicken , pasta was a little too zesty for me. Service was not the best , was not welcoming from the jump, never checked up on us once, we were done eating , but it took the waiter atleast 20 mins for him to come to our table, we were clearly done looking around to the point I was going to go to the front to get a to- go container. Overall food was 3/5, service was 1 , sadly. I really was excited to go here, especially it was our anniversary , but the service was not the best today.

    We had a wonderful time dining at Nightingale. We had five adults, two teenagers and three kids, and they were very accommodating of family dining. The food was delicious and the wine menu was incredible.

    Absolutely fantastic service! I haven’t felt this quality of service since before the pandemic. The menu offered a plethora of options so we had a difficult time deciding. The brussel sprouts were a huge hit as was the roasted cauliflower. We all loved the buttermilk fried chicken but were a little underwhelmed by the roasted pork belly. We will definitely be back!

    First time coming here. Wonderful service. Ambience is perfect. My husband and I totally loved their brussel sprouts(the char is perfect and the sauce is sublime) and beef tartare (love the cracker underneath the tartare and the flavouring with the egg yolk is amazing). 10/10 King salmon for one of the entrees is also perfect. The fish texture is wonderful, just cooked right. The sauce is the showstopper basically elevating the dish. 10/10 Mushroom risotto- we loved the taste but the consistency is not what we expected from a risotto. Otherwise, flavour is on point. 8/10 Roasted pork belly- my husband rates it at 7/10. He loved the pork belly itself but didn’t feel the puree properly complemented the meat. I would also rate it at 7/10 but mostly because i thought it would be crispier or at least have crispy edges but i do love the puree and the chicharonnes with it. Lastly my husband and I got the salted caramel pot de creme. Loved it. 10/10. Not too sweet. Loved the texture with the vanilla breton on top. My husband also got the Americano to finish, wonderful and superb as he said it. 10/10. Definitely will come back here and try their other dishes. ❤️

    Lived then chef’s table - so nice to see the interplay in the kitchen. Made it difficult to choose as so many things looked delish.

    One of my wife’s and I favourite restaurant! Always an amazing experience everytime we come! Food was absolutely amazing and service was excellent! Love this restaurant!
