NIKU X offers an unlimited Fresh A5 Wagyu and Luxury Seafood Buffet dining experience, located in the heart if Downtown Los Angeles. We have two dining styles that include our Self-Service $99 and Full-Service $139 experiences. Both feature fresh sushi, A5 Wagyu steaks, king crab and more.
Our $99 menu is a 120 minute, self-service experience with grilling features where guests can enjoy our unlimited Fresh A5 Wagyu Steaks and our luxury buffet line that features king crab, lobster tails, fresh sushi items and more. Guests can also choose from a variety of delicious side dishes plated by our chefs to complement their grilled wagyu. This interactive and social dining experience is perfect for a fun and memorable meal with friends and family. A fee of 30% cost of menu price will be added to tables who have excessive left over food.

New Zealand lamb breaded and fried. Served with our karashi Japanese mustard.
Miso Chillian Sea Bass
Miso glazed and cooked to perfection.
Wagyu Tallow Shishito Pepper
Cooked in wagyu tallow and our yakiniku sauce. Topped with bonito flakes.
Oxtail Potsticker
Hand wrapped, braised wagyu oxtail. Topped with yakiniku sauce and served with karashi Japanese mustard.
Potato Pave
Thinly sliced potatoes layered with parmesean, chive, and butter, cut and fried. Served with our sweet shoyu crème fraîche.
A5 Wagyu Katsu Sando
A5 top sirloin katsu on shokupan and topped with katsu sauce.
A5 Wagyu Yaki Udon
A5 Wagyu Udon cooked in our house made stir fry sauce with broccoli.
Waffle Fries w/ Garlic Aioli

Sweet corn cooked in our brown butter apple miso sauce.

Visiting from beef country up in Montana. I can tell you that the food was fantastic. The wagyu was delicious. Definitely grab the chefs special right away. Sea bass was surprisingly one of my favorites behind the wagyu. JJ our server was outstanding! He went out of his way to make our experience unforgettable. Perfect amount of interaction and explanation. He was one of the most professional and friendly servers I have had in a long time. Ask for JJ you won’t regret it.

Food was great, wish some seafood was warmed especially the crab legs and shrimp. Food was delicious but line buffet was crowded and some items were scarce. Personnel was fantastic but orders and requests were mixed up a little. I’d go back for sure
