Nineteen Hyaku is the newest concept from Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality located in the newly built Jefferson Bank Building. Enjoy a variety of items curated by our talented chefs that’s aimed to please any palate. Sushi Rolls, Tx Wagyu Steak over a live fire, Nigiri & Sashimi elegantly cut, craft cocktails with fresh ingredients, and a Sake list to compliment each unique flavor is awaiting you at Nineteen Hyaku. We hope to serve you soon!

Reservations are strongly encouraged, but not required. The bar is always open for walk-in dining.
Valet is located on the Grayson side of the building with a separate fee taken at the Valet stand.
Covered Parking is available in the Jefferson Bank Building. Validation is not available. Parking in the garage is free for the first 30 minutes with charges beginning after the 30 minute mark. Street Parking is also available in the area, please park to your discretion.

We loved it. Very quiet Monday night and would love to go back on a weekend to see things more lively. Loved the location and everything we tried was amazing. Will definitely go back.

I think this is only the second negative review I’ve ever left, but it’s justified. It took almost an hour to get my food, and I didn’t order anything out of the ordinary. Initially, they brought me the wrong thing, and I can’t say for sure, but it appeared that the server had either put my order in incorrectly, or hadn’t put it in at all, because there was this big rush, and all my food came out at once. There was never an apology or acknowledgment that things went so poorly. Again, it took them almost an hour to get my food. The other thing I might as well mention is that the Nigiri had about four times the amount of rice as it should have. Way too much! They did have an amazing lychee martini. I went in excited to try what appeared to be a really cool place, and left extremely disappointed.

I love their edamame. You have to have the tempura shrimp. It’s so good.. hot honey salmon is a must. Service was great. Very helpful with our order. It is a beautiful space.

Best rice best sushi The dishes were order all of them were excellent the edamame’s and the rice 10/10 drinks 10/10 for sure coming back

We reserved Nineteen Hyaku for my birthday celebration and the food and atmosphere did not disappoint! The wings and fried rice were surprises and some of the best of both that we have ever had. The sushi was on point, the drinks were fantastic and the place has such a cool vibe. Bonus, it smelled amazing in there! 10/10 recommend booking for dinner or a celebration in the future.

We have to wait 20 minutes just to get our drinks, they are short of staff for the size of the place. The new menu is not as good as before, most dishes you can find in any sushi place in town.
