Philosophy - „Chefs are driven by their intimate philosophy which defines their approach to gastronomy. It's also where we draw our inspiration from. For me personally, a palate is a very intimate medium which we use to connect with our guests.“

We tried only the tasting menu, going with the daily catch seafood selection is probably a better choice, and also recommended by the restaurant staff. The tasting menu was okayish. None of the courses stood out, with some items prepared poorly (e.g. the chewy octopus, or the boringly prepared carpaccio) and some of questionable quality (e.g. crab meat). The food wasn't bad if the price was to be ignored, but for 140 eur p.p. it's very low value for money. Would be good value if priced 2-3x less (though even at almost 3x you can find better tasting menus in Croatia, admittedly further away). There are similarly priced tasting menus nearby with higher quality ingredients and much better prepared. Again, the food was not bad at all, just not aligned with its price. The staff was very pleasant, especially one of the waitresses. However, it's not quite the fine dining experience, if that's what you're after (we weren't, so we didn't mind). The wine offering was very good, including some great local biodynamic wines. The outdoor seating has a nice view of the Kvarner bay, unfortunately offset by mosquitoes that the staff didn't have a solution for. So, an ok choice if for some reason you can't eat elsewhere and don't mind the price. I think they should focus on what they have capacity for, e.g. only sell daily catch seafood and maybe only 2-3 vegan and meat dishes for those who aren't after seafood.

This is an outstanding upscale restaurant at the location that can only be compared to top seaside locations in Italy, or, French Riviera. It is located in a stunning boutique, hotel, five star award-winning must see location even if you do decide not to dine here. We decided for lunch to have a local delicacy; whole fish, all fresh off the market prepared in the squid inc salt encrusted and then baked. Soooo GOOD! The service was outstanding as well with exceptional manners of high end dinning yet delivered with warm and casual manner. The whole experience was super impressive. Highly recommending.

Wir sind Stammgast und kommen öfters ins Restaurant. Das Essen ist Top und auch die Auswahl an frische Fische ist perfekt. Das Weinangebot ist sehr gut und wir lassen uns immer einen Wein empfehlen.

Absolutely stunning place with a gorgeous view over the Kvarner Bay. Delicious food (try the raw scampi starter!), flawless and friendly service. Not cheap, but well worth the money. We had a wonderful night out there and I highly recommend!

For this price rang I would expect better. Nice ambient, nice service but not so good food. Would recommend for nice view and drink but not so much for food.
