Located in the heart of Brunswick, Maine, Noble Kitchen + Bar serves local, elevated cuisine. Masterfully blending culinary traditions, contemporary techniques and seasonal flavour profiles, our Chef Meghan Fairman expertly creates thoughtful and artistically crafted menus that focus on honoring high-quality ingredients and their origins. This attention to detail follows to the bar, where freshly squeezed juices, old-school bartending techniques, and a wide array of available spirits, are meticulously melded to perfection. Locally crafted, small-batch breweries are represented alongside a diverse wine program focused on highly allocated and unique wines. With an inviting dining room and outdoor patio, we encourage you to come and experience the wonderfully crafted artistry of our culinary team.

A slow food restaurant, we suggest parties of two to four persons allocate two hours for service.

                                    Can’t say enough good about the incredibly delicious meal I had a Nobel Restaurant. Appetizer of mushrooms and creamy cheesy grits was delicious, the wrapped. cod over a bed of creamy orzo and beans was so moist and satisfying. The cocktails- were amongst the most creative and delicious I’ve ever had. Server and hostess were lovely. A gem of a place!

                                    The Crispy Duck was tough and there was nothing crispy about it. Our server, Kayla, was excellent. She saved us from ordering 2 Sticky Pudding desserts. One was plenty for two people. We popped in unannounced once before for just drinks and appetizers for 6 people and had a 5 star evening then.

                                    We had our Thanksgiving dinner at the Noble dining room. The food choices were great but the food was barely warm and the turkey was very dry. We realize a buffet for many people is a challenge.

                                    We had a truly outstanding meal. Cocktails, food and service were phenomenal. It’s in the Brunswick Inn, but Noble is an exception to the hotel restaurant rule and can stand on its own. There is a lot of culinary skill in this kitchen. The Inn looks like a nice place to stay as well, but the restaurant is not to be missed!
