Experience Chef Nobu Matsushisa's world renowned cuisine in Atlantic City at the Caesars Hotel & Casino.
Designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell, guests can enjoy intimate ambience with stunning views overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Nobu is a truly unique dining experience and follows the "Kaiseki" style of dining, which is a traditional Japanese tasting meal consisting of multiple courses. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Sushi bar experiences, lounge tables and bar seating are available to guests first come first serve. Please call or email us at nobureservationsac@caesars.com for large party requests and private dining options.

The incredible experience in Nobu AC starts as you walk in and are greeted by energetic and welcoming hosts. The place itself is fancy and if you seat by the window, you can have a beautiful view of the ocean. The food and service is outstanding. We eat as the Japanese do with the many different small plates. We love the shishito pepper in miso sauce, the wagyu beef dumplings, the tuna tataki, the tiradito among others. Our favorite hot dishes are the lobster amazu and the beef tobanyaki. We end with sushi and the amazing Nobu doughnuts for dessert. I highly recommend Nobu in Caesars AC.

Fantastic special event meal! We knew it would be expensive, and it definitely was. Twin sister and I had a Reservation for 2 at 5PM on a Friday, before a 7PM show at Caesars. We were the first people there, so the photos make the space look cavernous, which it was until more patrons filtered in. We were seated right at the large windows directly above the Boardwalk and beach. I imagine a more clear day at sunset would be breathtaking. All offerings are tapas style, meant for sharing, but small. Portioning MAY be larger if more than 2 are sharing, but read on about menu personalization… Our waitress Holly was SO helpful in asking our preferences and creating a “surprise” menu based on those prefs, and within any budget constraints. Very polite and respectful!! That personal touch really was incredible and something neither of us had ever experienced. I assume the same level of attentiveness would happen even if we weren’t the only ones there, but ASK about that if you’d like a similar personalized experience! We enjoyed 6 plates, a few each of cold and hot, with some side rice for a more toothsome bite. EVERY dish with any kind of Ponzu sauce was fantastic! The fried rice skewers and Salmon sushi were our top 2 favorites for sure. Somehow they made Wasabi and various chilis across all the dishes perfectly spicy enough to be tasty, interesting, and not overpowering. Neither of us like excessive heat, and the balance was perfect! For your planning, party of 2 with 6 various plates and no alcohol was just shy of $300. 5 stars to the hostess who was so lovely and welcoming, as were all the staff! Thank you again, Holly!!

Food was outstanding. Great service. Only downside was we thought the table should be bigger if family style is encouraged.

So glad Nobu is in AC but this one is not on the same level as others we have gone to. One the service was sporadic and they were not busy at all. The cocktails didn’t have the same flair as other Nobu’s like no garnish and no smoked drinks. We decided to rather sit and wait longer and order entrees to just have our plain cocktails a few small bites and leave. We will probably return but just for a mini taco or two.
