Love the food but the service has been awful for years. It takes forever to get your food. I arrived for a 530pm reservation. We put drinks and 1 appetizer in immediately. Our server came back and took our entree order. We did not receive our entree until 648pm. We were a party of 5.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Had to wait a long time for drinks. Food was cold when it came out. Servers were dropping more items than usual in the kitchen and floor for some reason. They made up for it with a desert but just want the normal experience we have.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

as someone that comes here often, it’s becoming more apparent of the disorganization that occurs when simple checking in with the host, all five of them manning different ships, and then eventually— eventually making it to a table, not to mention the shear looks of annoyance from the petite woman with long brunette hair, beige/tan top and black pants that was working in the evening of 11/15. Once seated i sat for roughly 10 mins before having to stop one of numerous servers to pass by and ask if they’d get a server for me. Oscar was my server, and was attentive and swift with getting my order taken, making sure everything was how i requested. Oscar saved the night!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The waiter rushed out the apps and we got them even before the drinks . Ratio of servers to diners was low for Saturday night . The calamari was overdone and chewy . The squid ink pasta wa the best . The wine list was good and about 2-2.5x.. Expensive for the service and quality of food!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Why do they force everyone into the half booths by the window? So much seating in this beautiful space and we got squeezed in between people, the place was also empty except the wall by windows.
