It was 63 degrees and they still had the A/C running. Additionally, they had all the windows open around the bar. When we asked if they could turn the A/C down the hostess said no because the kitchen needs to be cold. So, the people paying for dinner need to be inconvenienced so the kitchen staff stays comfortable? Maybe you're not aware, but most people living in Miami think 63 degrees is cold, so I simply don't understand making the entire restaurant uncomfortable. Almost everyone dining was wearing their coat. We heard multiple people complain but again, nothing was done. Probably a reason why on a Saturday night, in season, the restaurant was mostly empty. Hope the kitchen staff is comfortable when you go out of business.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Disappointing Experience I was really hoping for a great meal, but unfortunately, my experience at North Italia Aventura was far from satisfactory. The service was decent, nothing special, but it wasn’t bad. The appetizers were the highlight of the meal—flavorful and well-prepared. However, things took a turn with the main courses. The pasta dishes were just okay; nothing to write home about. But the real disappointment came with the pizza. It arrived cold, and when we pointed it out, we were told it would take about five minutes to get fresh ones. Those five minutes stretched into half an hour, and the pizzas never arrived. To make matters worse, we were told the manager would come by to address the issue, but that never happened either. I left feeling ignored and frustrated, and I won’t be returning.
