I come here all the time as I live near by. This time experience was bad. Asked for a drink and they got it wrong twice. Had to wait 25min for it, almost cancelled it. The chicken parm with rigatoni was shareable but barely had sauce , had to ask for extra but never came :/. Taking a break from this place for a while.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The food was very good-better than I expected. We ordered the pizza with pepperoni and the chicken parmigiana with pasta. Both food items were very good, but the service wasn’t. The initial server took approximately 8 minutes to greet us and bring the water. We didn’t walk out of the restaurant because we were with my elderly mother and we didn’t want her to have to move to another restaurant. We ordered right away and the order came out within a reasonable amount of time. While we waited for our food the server did not come to refill our water glasses or check on us. Another server brought our food and was courteous and quickly brought us the extra plates that we requested. Once we were done eating the initial server came back and asked if we wanted a box for the remaining pizza slices. It took several minutes so I just grabbed a to go box that was on a shelf near the bar. The quality of the food was good so I will give him another chance but this time I’ll set the bar.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Our server was nice but the food took around 45 minutes to arrive. This was after order placement not from the time we sat down. We also ordered our children’s food immediately after sitting and those took about 35 minutes to come out. We also asked for coloring books to keep the kids occupied and the server forgot. He brought them once reminded again. We asked for Parmesan when the kids food arrived and he once again forgot. When the food came out, it seemed as if the pasta dishes had been sitting in the heat lamp for 10 minutes or so waiting on the pizza. The pizza came out crispy and perfect but the pasta dishes had that dull shine on the surface that you only get from a heat lamp. My guess is the pizza station was backing up the restaurant. I get that these things happen, but staff acknowledgement of the situation would be appreciated. “Hey guys, it normally doesn’t take this long…sorry for the wait….can I get you come bread to tie you over”. Once again server was nice but also didn’t execute very well in my opinion.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

I was a liittlw disappointment My Squid pasta had no flavor. They had to bring me the spicy oil. Also the temperature was low. On 2 of the 3 dishes. Our server was very attentive.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
