I really enjoy this restaurant, the variety is nice, the quality is awesome and the servers are attentive. Came here for my daughters birthday and had a very nice diner. We started with the baratta and meatballs, so good. We had the tortellini for dinner and it is awesome.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The food, as always, was great but the service was subpar. Went for lunch…left an hour and 30 minutes later. Took just about 10 minutes after we sat down for someone to come over and ask about drinks…then took forever to get them and we sat in the bar area. Food took quite a while to get but as I mentioned was good. We were never offered water. Had to ask especially since we were also never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Service was horrible! We made a reservation and still had to wait 20 min to be seated. Once seated had to wait another 15 min for someone to finally come around and bring us water and fetch our server. Another 10 min for server to come and take our order. Food was good but not good enough to pay $23 for a pizza and wait forever to be served and sat down.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

I will need to make another visit before I make final judgement. The big issue with our dinner was that the time. We were told that the pasta machine was broken and any dish with pasta could take up to 40 minutes to prepare. This is of course quite comical for an Italian restaurant. Anyways...we avoided pasta dishes, ordering pizzas and risotto. Even then it took an hour to get our meal. Our waitress was nice but was not very attentive as we sat with empty glasses and plates. Once we got our food...my dish (braised ribs with risotto) was so salty, I could not finish it. It could just be a bad night so I will reserve judgement.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Seated at the table and was immediately told the machine used to cook pasta had broken. What? How does a restaurant that is solely Italian not have a working pasta machine. Server told us to put in our order right away to get in the queue as the kitchen was backed up. Apparently they found a fix- boiling water in a pot works really well-even the most junior cook knows that. Ordered to ragu with pasta. Was told it had shaved onions on it which I said I wanted lite onions. Yep, pasta came out loaded with onions. Had to pick at least a cup of onions out. Also, ordered brussel sprouts- never did get them. If you want true authentic Italian food better to go to Little Italy for the real thing and much less drama from the kitchen.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
