I love this restaurant, but for some reason yesterday I experienced the worst service possible. Our server seemed nowhere to be found, it took us about 20-30 minutes to even get any orders in. There was another server that felt bad for us an brought us water. Our server came apologetically, took our order and disappeared again for the rest of the night (except after we asked someone else for the check). The food took about another hour, which is unusual. It was good and we enjoyed it, but we were quick to leave as it seemed she had no interest in serving us anything else and we had spent over 2 hours at the restaurant at this point.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Valentine's menu was not that good. Appetizers and dessert were good, but main courses were lacking flavor. The noise level was out of control. Besides the loud music and noisy table full of selfie taking women that were annoying (no wonder they're alone on VDay), it was extremely difficult to enjoy the meal and have a quiet romantic dinner. Maybe because it was a special day the food took over an hour and a half. The server was not very pleasant. We’ve been there so many times before and we’re very happy this last time. We went there for Valentines Day for the first time and had a delightful experience. The food was very good as was the service. We had an incredible dinner. We went for Valentine's Day before a show across the street at The Parker Playhouse. There was a 3 course pre fixe menu and everything was delicious.
