Food was reasonably good, atmosphere was fine, service was below expectations. Although the server was friendly, her skills could use some development. Additionally, the food took extraordinarily long to arrive from the kitchen … delivered by someone who seemed very bored with their job.

Server was friendly but service and food delivery to our table was slow. One order was wrong and the other 3 of us finished eating by the time his correct order came. Zucchini chips were too thin for dipping and were a little burnt.

Loved the ambiance, but the food was average at best. The appetizers we ordered were very good, but the pizza was awful. They were overcooked, dry, and reminded me reheating pizza in college. I had one piece, gave a piece to everyone in my party, and we each took one bite. The second pizza as very much the same. Inedible. I was honest with the waiter about the food, he offered to make us new pizzas, but I did not have the time. They issued no credit to my bill, disappointing, which I felt was odd. I will not be going back to North Italia which is unfortunate. It's a great environment, but the food is awful.

We have been going to North Italia for many years.It is not always consistent.I have a favorite salad that I order.Sometimes it is great and a few times it was awful.My last visit it was excellent.We did wait a while for our food.The staff kept coming over to apologize,we were not in a hurry,but when it did come my pasta was cool. I guess it had been sitting there.

kitchen and bar were very slow, but when food and drinks finally came they were great! Very loud, hard to hear your party and the server. Would return, maybe just not on a holiday time Friday night.
