Split the Tuscan Kale salad and Hot honey and prosciutto pizza. Both were delicious. Our server was great. Will be back!

Service was fairly good. But the meals were mediocre at best. Tuscan Chicken was absolutely bathed in salt and a couple of other meals had virtually no flavor.

Generally, everything was good. We’ve been multiple times, but this time the food seem to take a little bit longer. Not our servers fault, probably the holiday rush, but worth noting.

We had reservations and arrived on time. We were the first people in the restaurant. It literally took about 20 minutes before we were waited on. We ordered drinks, appetizer and meal at same time because we had waited so long and wanted to get back to shopping. Meanwhile the restaurant began to get busy. It took another 20 minutes to get an appetizer. Other tables that arrived well after we did were already getting their meals.. we finally got our main course about 45 minutes after arriving for lunch .I love this place and we have been often to this location over the last several years . This was the worst experience I have ever had. It was December 26th. I really don’t mind paying for wonderful service but this did not happen on this visit. The staff working did not seem to be working well together that day. Lots of waiters but a few were just standing around with theirs hands crossed across their chest or busy talking to other waiters instead of taking care of tables and each other . I maybe will try the new Franklin location after this terrible experience. North Italia has always been a wonderful experience for me but the last couple of visits I have not been happy about. One of the reasons I love this place is the great service and that has not happened the last couple Of times .

Our server & hostess did a great job, but you were under staffed and from the time we sat down u til we received our food it was 50 minutes. The restaurant was not full so there’s not even that. I understand it is a holiday , but that was ridiculously long w/o any bread, or something else to “apologize “ for the extra long wait.
