We had a fantastic experience overall! Our large party visited on Christmas Eve, and everything was exceptional. The atmosphere was lively and festive, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Our server, Hailey, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff as a whole felt genuinely welcoming, which added to the positive vibe. I ate dinner with my family on 12/22/24. We've eaten here before and it was great so we chose this restaurant for our early Christmas Dinner. It was so disappointing. The server seemed very rushed even though the restaurant was not full. We had the Grilled bread, it was definitely not fresh and it was soaked in olive oil, much too greasy to eat. I ordered my favorite, Strozzapreti and I was told the restaurant ran out of mushrooms. Thats an odd ingredient to be out of but I ordered it anyway. The sauce had no flavor, very runny, it basically tasted like water. I ate the chicken but left the rest. My daughter had the Lumache Alla Norcina, same issue with the sauce, white water. My son ordered the chicken parm, again, not fresh, it was soggy like the chicken had been sitting in the sauce for awhile. There was no parmesan on the rigatoni served with it, it looked plain. 2 good dishes were the Pizza and the Arancini. But 2 out of 5 is not good. Also , they were out of the Just Peachy drink. Server barely checked on us. I'm sad about this, I was really looking forward to having a great Italian meal for Christmas. Plus, this was in our rotation of favorite places to eat. I hope they can turn this around and put more effort into keeping the meals fresh and consistent. Can't recommend請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Our bartender was phenomenal and so is the service. The food was honestly disappointing, I had brought My Husband here for his first time and I have been coming here for a while, but haven’t been in probably about six months.
