Although our server was pleasant, she wasn't paying much attention to things. We asked for our pizza to be without onions and it came out with them. She should have seen that prior to it coming to the table. When we mentioned it, she apologized and asked, "would you like me to take it off the bill for you". Don't ask me, just do it. Then the broccoli came out over cooked and it took awhile for her to circle back and ask how we were doing. The new broccoli was also over cooked but at that point our granddaughter was too hungry not to eat it. When she came around she refilled our water glasses, except that my wife was drinking ginger ale not water, with the can sitting next to the glass. When I mentioned it, once again, "sorry" but I had to ask for a new glass of ice for the rest of the can. Never did she say...let me get you a new one. We have been to many of your restaurants around the country and this was the worst service we experienced. I think the young lady is good but needs some additional training and needs to be more present with her customers.

Great food, Hallie our server was outstanding! We had a wobbly table, inquired about it with our server. The manger came right over and adjusted the table legs to fix.

Food was very good better than average and the service was equally good all around great experience like a 9 out of 10 . Better than 90 percent of restaurants out there and a good value

Waited 20 min after being seated before a server (not ours) showed up. Placed our order, waited another 45 min for it to show up. 1 dish was wrong the other was cold. Manager corrected the order and compensated some of the bill. Overall, not very impressive.
