We had a fantastic experience overall! Our large party visited on Christmas Eve, and everything was exceptional. The atmosphere was lively and festive, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Our server, Hailey, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff as a whole felt genuinely welcoming, which added to the positive vibe. Our bartender was phenomenal and so is the service. The food was honestly disappointing, I had brought My Husband here for his first time and I have been coming here for a while, but haven’t been in probably about six months. It wasn’t as good as I remembered, and it sucks because this is our first night out in so long because we both work 40 hours a week.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Although our server was pleasant, she wasn't paying much attention to things. We asked for our pizza to be without onions and it came out with them. She should have seen that prior to it coming to the table. When we mentioned it, she apologized and asked, "would you like me to take it off the bill for you". Don't ask me, just do it. Then the broccoli came out over cooked and it took awhile for her to circle back and ask how we were doing. The new broccoli was also over cooked but at that point our granddaughter was too hungry not to eat it. When she came around she refilled our water glasses, except that my wife was drinking ginger ale not water, with the can sitting next to the glass. When I mentioned it, once again, "sorry" but I had to ask for a new glass of ice for the rest of the can. Never did she say...let me get you a new one. We have been to many of your restaurants around the country and this was the worst service we experienced. I think the young lady is good but needs some additional training and needs to be more present with her customers.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
