We ordered the lasagna off the menu (our second time ordering it) and the portion was horribly small. Only one layer of lasagna pasta with cheese and meat. This portion size was extremely small compared to our initial time ordering it. The server, Isaac, even stated it was a small portion size and not made correctly. Isaac then made a suggestion for a different pasta that he would expedite and bring out. Everyone else at the table had already finished their meal by the time the new meal came out. He then charged us for the more expensive meal that he recommended. There was no remorse or haste in bringing out the food. The customer service was extremely poor tonight. We weren’t looking for a free or discounted meal, but for the customer service being better being that we are repeat customers at this location. Very very disappointed.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Came here for anniversary lunch. Our server Eric was awesome. We started off with the beef carpaccio and its was delicious, fresh, delectable-- everything I wanted it to be. We ordered the lasagna and the strozzapreti. The lasagna was awfully underwhelming, maybe 4 bites of meat and a ton of cheese, in a small portion. It tasted good but would not order again. However, the strozzapreti was delicious. The pasta, sauce, chicken, pine nuts and everything about it was perfect, would order again for sure. We had peroni on tap which is a refreshing Italian light beer and the wine was crisp. We finished with affogato and the server was happy to take a pic for us. overall wonderful experience, will definitely be back.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
