NOVA Kitchen & Bar is an experiential dining destination, exploring the five elements—wood, fire, earth, metal and water—to engage and tantalize the five senses of taste, smell, sight, touch and sound. The result? An ethereal and magical experience. Inspired by the transient astronomical event of a moving star, Nova empowers guests to experience the five dimensions of life on earth like they never have before.

We have a strict 10 minute grace period for reservations. At least half of your party must be present to be seated. Parties who are running late should call the restaurant prior to your reservation time to ensure your reservation doesn't get canceled. There are no same day reservations on Friday and Saturdays. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Excellent quality of fish paired with imaginative new ways of combining Japanese cuisine with other cuisines, such as Korean and Mexican. Staff were friendly and open to chatting about the foods as well as taking pride in what they have to present. Know that this meal is not a belly buster meal but more of a journey for new flavors and textures. Don’t go in thinking you’re gonna feel stuffed by the end of the meal. Instead, go in with an appreciation of flavors and creativity.

The food was incredible and very unique when compared with other Asian style restaurants in the area. The service was very good. The ambience was upbeat and in line with open table description. The meal cost was also in line with open table description but a good value given the unique meal offerings.

Overall an excellent dinner. There were some flaws (overcooked shrimp on the floating noodles, watery mushrooms on the filet skillet) but everything else was so good these were easily overlooked.

Great atmosphere in the restaurant felt sophisticated and vibey. The food was so good here and the dishes were flavorful. The service was fast and our waitress was friendly and courteous when we were dining.

This place was recommended by Yelp and we're glad we went. Great ambiance and vibe. Jimmy was awesome, including his drink and food recommendations. He had great timing with the service he provided. Food was really good and we are planning to try their omakase service in the near future.

Overall this experience was very nice & fancy. Although we were a little bummed out with the food. The drinks however made up for it. My overall rating would be 2 stars.

Nicole was such a great server to us. Me and my girlfriend were celebrating our anniversary and Nicole made sure to make it extra special and extra welcoming. Food was amazing and the atmosphere was so nice. Will definitely come back again!

Second time here in a year. I brought my sister for a special occasion to treat her to some yummy Asian fusion food and a cool vibe. Alyssa was our server and was super awesome — very attentive, friendly, and thoroughly explained some new menu options I otherwise wouldn’t have ordered (spoiler: get the miso cod and wagyu beef). Thanks Alyssa! We skipped cocktails and just had tea, but the beverage menu looked totally tasty. My sister and I split two entres, two appetizers, and a sushi roll, and it was the perfect amount of food. Make sure you take some selfies in the different rooms. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

Food wasn’t good, everything tasted stale. I don’t know where these good reviews are coming from. Noodles tasted like sink water and my chow mein tasted like cardboard.
