O-Ku's menu provides a fresh and innovative take on traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine. The South End restaurant offers rare and unique dining options along with traditional sashimi and specialty rolls, highlighting seafood from the finest fish markets in Tokyo and Hawaii alongside local and seasonal ingredients.     Our experience was just ok. Service was extremely slow. At least an hour for our food and we didn't order a lot . Cocktails were delicious but had too many of them waiting on our food . Sushi was good but nothing spectacular.

    Lovely interior! Food was decent - fish didn’t seem all too fresh but it was still good. Would go back for the lobster hand rolls but would probably go elsewhere for sushi itself.

I am glad you enjoyed the ambience and the lobster temaki (my fav thing on the whole menu), but disheartened to learn that you found the rest of the meal to be lackluster. We always strive to ensure the utmost quality of our fish, and I'm sorry that we seem to have fallen short on that for you.     We celebrated a birthday and everything was simply on point! Our waiter was attentive made sure we had a great experience! Never disappointed at this restaurant.

    Cannot say enough good things about our experience and our waitress Anastasia. We went for our anniversary and it was my first time at the restaurant and we had unbelievable customer service from the entire team, but Anastasia in particular. She was amazing and the food was just as great! Will definitely be going back

    My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at O-Ku this weekend. Our server was both attentive and helpful, offering tasty cocktail and food recommendations as this was our first time visiting O-Ku. Additionally, the manager, Lauren, was excellent, checking back multiple times to ensure our experience was exceptional. With her added assistance, we were able to try a few other impressive sashimi offerings from the kitchen. Finally, we finished our meal with the foie gras and a lovely sauterne. The perfect paring to end a lovely evening. Next time we are in Charolette, we will definitely be back.
