The Cave Café offers indoor and outdoor dining. Enjoy the enchanting ambiance of dining inside the cave or outdoor dining overlooking the majestic views of the De Portola Wine Trail. Our friendly, approachable, and extremely informed staff will make your dining and wine tasting experience unforgettable.

Our Cave Café welcomes diners Sunday - Thursday, between 11am to 6pm and Friday - Saturday, between 11am to 8pm. Reservations are not required but highly recommend during the weekends. We can comfortably accommodate parties with up to 8 guests in the restaurant. For larger parties, please feel free to contact us at 951-699-9102.

My wife and I had a great time at the Cave. The staff was excellent, and you can't beat the ambiance of dining in a wine cave. It is a little chilly, so dress appropriately. The food wasn't bad, but it isn't as upscale as Leoness or Gambling Cowboy. I had the ribeye, and my wife had the salmon. I think next time I'll go with the burger.

We were seated, and after 15+ minutes, no one came to wait on us so we moved to a more visible spot towards the front of the Cave. Unfortunately, that location had a table of 20+ who were very loud, and the acoustics were not good. One of our meals was served but the other was not what we ordered, so it had to be remade. The server did accommodate the inconvenience by offering a complimentary glass of wine. Our server was good, the food was just okay, and the ambience was not good. It's a bit chilly in the Cave, so bring a light sweater/jacket to be comfortable.

Always like the food here. 1st time have done dinner. Got to sit in the cave! Not sure if it was because of the weather or if they do that at night but loved it.

The wine tasting ladies were amazing and helpful. Our waiter Elijah was great! Wonderful server, very kind. Food and wine were delicious.

I loved everything about this place from the food to drinks and restaurant unique seating format. Only thing the restaurant/winery is missing is child’s changing table and definitely needs one asap.
