The Cave Café offers indoor and outdoor dining. Enjoy the enchanting ambiance of dining inside the cave or outdoor dining overlooking the majestic views of the De Portola Wine Trail. Our friendly, approachable, and extremely informed staff will make your dining and wine tasting experience unforgettable.

Our Cave Café welcomes diners Sunday - Thursday, between 11am to 6pm and Friday - Saturday, between 11am to 8pm. Reservations are not required but highly recommend during the weekends. We can comfortably accommodate parties with up to 8 guests in the restaurant. For larger parties, please feel free to contact us at 951-699-9102.

Wonderful atmosphere. Staff and servers are always attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about their wines. Grounds are beautiful with inviting patio with beautiful Mountain views. They also have a distillery.

$140 tomahawk steak was NOT good. The service was lacking. We took our friends for his birthday. We were looking forward to the setting. Very disappointing- and I very rarely leave a bad review.

Love the Cave concept. It's intimate and welcoming. I've gone several times and enjoyed each time I was there. The food was good, not great, and a little pricy, but the wines are superb. It's worth visiting and one of the best wineries in town.

Cool atmosphere but that is about it. Very loud and noisy. Food was so so and not worth the price.

Used to love coming here. We went yesterday and were seated in the only table with no umbrella. I made a reservation prior. There was two other tables with umbrellas that had shade. We took our son in his stroller so I don’t if that’s the reason but there was plenty of room at the other tables. We had to request one then one of the employees (older gentleman came and right away set one up). Our waiter then took over 10 minutes just to get us water. Then another 15 minutes or so to come ask if we wanted to order food. We ordered appetizers and a meal and eventually both came out at the same time. The waiter kept saying “sorry for the wait we are just so busy.” There was at least 6+ tables that were empty. I’ve been there before when all tables and inside was full and received better service than yesterday. Never brought us any more water or asked if I wanted more wine.
