At the Ocean House, we are delighted to welcome you to our Seaside Ballroom! All special dining events require a non-refundable deposit for all members of the party at the time of booking. Please ensure that you include all children in your party size upon booking, including those who will require a highchair or booster seat. All deposits will be credited on the day of your dining experience.

A $50 per adult deposit or $20 per child deposit is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. All deposits will be applied as a credit to your brunch check. Adults $135++ & Children aged 6-12 $75++. Children 5 and under $35. Please be sure to include children who need a highchair in the booking reservation count. A deposit is required for all persons requiring space at the table. All pricing excludes tax and 24% gratuity. *Please be sure to book any Easter Egg Hunt reservations before or after your dining reservation*

    Delicious food and very festive. Santa & Mrs. Claus were wonderful and interacted with all the children. Would have preferred a different backdrop for Santa photos than the “Happy Holidays” screen that was hanging.

    The Ocean House Santa's Brunch was an amazing experience for our children and grandchildren. Everything was perfect in celebration of grandpa's 70th birthday and celebrating the holiday!

    the food was much better last year in my opinion. last year they also gave the kids little animal stuffed animals. no eggs at the buffet just the omelet station. the desserts are horrible last year and this year as well. if it wasn’t for being at the beautiful ocean house this brunch would be just mediocre. ocean house is so beautiful and such an amazing experience every time we visit. we have no problems spending money on fine dining and do so frequently but found this very expensive for what there was to offer.

    This was our first experience with the Ocean House Tree Lighting and Santa Dinner. Upon arrival to the O House we felt very unwelcome by the ropes not allowing guests to enter the building before the outdoor reception. It was very cold and the 6 outdoor heaters were loaded with people and unavailable. The Carolers were lovely and a nice touch. Following the lighting the hotel lobby was complete chaos in the “waiting area” while we awaited the entry to the event. Once the ballroom doors opened we finally made it downstairs to a fine buffet, and a ballroom with sporadic music (kept cutting in And out and most of the night was non existent) and terrible service. Our waitress approached our table (as we were one of the first people seated and only a party of three) and took our drink order. We ordered a soft drink, glass of wine, and one cocktail and waited about 30min to actually get the three drinks. Our waitress never checked in on us again. Once Santa entered the room he visited a few tables and then went to the photo area for pictures where a massive line formed without anyone directing anything. We have stayed at Ocean House and their sister properties many times and taken part in other events. This by far felt like robbery for the price and subpar experience. The event felt oversold and very underwhelming and mismanaged. This will be our last Christmas dining experience and I would hesitate doing another O House event for fear of a similar experience.

    Terrible service. Food was very good but having to get up numerous times to have plates cleared, to reorder beverages etc was unacceptable especially at $160 pp!

    There is a 24 % service fee which is fine but there should not be an additional tip required.

    I wish the Easter Bunny would make an appearance in the dining room BEFORE the Easter Egg hunt. Smaller kids eat earlier. No Easter Bunny. Disappointing.
