Opening December 21, 2024, Ocean Prime is a nationally acclaimed, dynamic seafood & steakhouse from the award-winning Cameron Mitchell Restaurants located in the The Quay Sarasota. Ocean Prime delivers an elevated experience with exceptional ambiance, a chef-curated menu, signature handcrafted cocktails, Wine Spectator honored wine list and genuine hospitality. Reservations are recommended. Ocean Prime strives to provide an elegant, fine dining atmosphere. Our associates’ priority is to ensure your experience is memorable. We ask that our guests choose attire that is both polished and suited to our restaurant. THANK YOU FOR NOT WEARING: Clothing emitting excessive marijuana odor, excessively revealing clothing or exposed undergarments, or clothing with offensive language or graphics.     The steak tartare was incredible, perfectly seasoned. The lobster bisque was good but could have used a bit more salt as it was slightly bland. The sea scallops were amazing. The ribeye had great seasoning but was a bit tough. Manager Andrew Podhola handled our concerns thoughtfully. He kindly offered to replace the dish with a new option from the menu and even offered to comp it, which we appreciated. However, I declined as I just wanted to bring it to their attention. Both Andrew and our server Luciano provided exceptional service. Thank you! We’ll definitely return to give it another try.

    Loved the menu and signature cocktails. Expensive but great service and excellent food. The noise level is loud,so be forewarned.

    Professionalism paid off. The manager was exceptional in taking care of an issue we had with our gift cards. Everything was delicious! Can not wait to go back.

    Outstanding drinks, food and service! Our new favorite restaurant in Sarasota. It was so nice to see patrons dressed so nicely…no baseball hats or hoodies!

    What a great addition to Sarasota! The restaurant is beautiful and has 2 levels plus amazing outdoor spaces for dining. The food was fantastic, will definitely return!
