Oceans, a locally and globally inspired seafood restaurant, was founded by Vancouver’s award-winning Toptable Group with the philosophy of creating a timeless and approachable dining experience. Executive Chef Andy Kitko sets the vision for the menu inspired by the Pacific, Atlantic, and Mediterranean shores that will feature the freshest catches available all accented by seasonal ingredients.

    Located at the corner of Park Avenue South and 19th Street in the heart of Union Square, Oceans offers large group tables in our dining room on Sundays and Mondays that are perfect for your next gathering of friends, family, or colleagues for parties for up to 10 guests. Executive Chef Andy Kitko’s seasonally focused, seafood-forward menus feature exquisite tartares, premium chilled seafood, sushi, and signature fish entrees. Prime cuts and vegetarian options round out the bountiful menu.     Always love the food but the service is consistently SLOW. I have been at least a half dozen times. Because the food is good I always hope it will be better. But it never is.

    This restaurant was amazing Seafood tower was next level! Highly recommend anyone wants fresh high-quality seafood, and a nice upscale environment and a convenient location on Park Avenue!

    wonderful fresh seafood! Beautiful stylish place - low music , which was great for conversation . terrific, attentive and knowledgeable friendly service . Everything we ordered was fresh , tasty and beautifully prepared . The black cod was delicious as were our appetizers - the tartare and a turbo with caviar special . Cocktails ( pacific rim especially ) were fantastic and the wine too . We are eager to go back to try the seafood towers and try other things . Portions were also nice size for such a special restaurant.

    Large busy restaurant, with lots of staff. Very smooth operation from start to finish. Really enjoyed the shrimp scampi. Delicious and perfect. The chef gifted us with a sample of his mushroom soup. I will order that when I return. Mmm😋.My main course of Branzino was okay… not worth the hefty price tag, and flat in flavor! It was my birthday celebration so we shared the molten chocolate cake. It came out with a candle lit, and was so tasty I wanted to lick the plate.😛Overall, a wonderful dinner!

    Oceans on Park Avenue delivers an exceptional dining experience with incredibly fresh seafood and top-quality steak. The filet was so tender it could be cut with a butter knife, and every bite was perfectly prepared. We visited on a Wednesday night, which was noticeably less busy than other nights. Our late reservation meant the kitchen was closing soon after we arrived, but the staff handled it with professionalism—keeping us informed of the timing without making us feel rushed. Their attentiveness extended not just to us but to all the tables around us, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a restaurant that combines outstanding food with impeccable service, Oceans on Park Avenue is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely be returning!
