The Ocoa Bay produces a remarkable variety of exotic fruits and vegetables including, grapes, mangos, papaya, figs, banana, dragon fruit, plantain, tomatoes, avocado, peppers as well as many other species. Resident beehives produce our own honey.
The foods grown in the Ocoa farms located on our property, they are all 100% sustainable, chemical and pesticide free. We live by sustainable farming principles.
We raise our own goats, with 200 female goats in residence at present, for the purpose of producing milk to produce cheese and various other goat milk products.
Fresh seafood including numerous species of fish, lobster, and crab are harvested daily from our bay by our artisan fisherman. Similarly, wild game and sustainably raised open range game and poultry are harvested in collaboration with our local partners and provided to us fresh daily. These practices keep us in contact with nature and are the ultimate ‘Farm to Table’ culinary experience.
