Offshore is a bright and airy rooftop bar open year-round on the third floor at the East end of Navy Pier. With collapsable floor to ceiling windows you get sweeping views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s city skyline. Our globally inspired menu features items from coast to coast that include light to substantial fares.

Outdoor seating is not guaranteed! It is on a first come first served basis.
21 years of age and older after 9pm daily.
The last reservation is one hour before closing.

Offshore offers several unique options for booking your next event for groups of 15-950. Guests have the opportunity to buy-out the 8,500 square foot indoor space, with curvy, custom brass whistle-shaped light fixtures, captain chairs, and oversized “playpens” made of a mashup of geometric cushions specifically designed for socializing. Guests can also opt to celebrate on the 20,000 square foot Terrace, where two private lawns act as a destination for group gaming, social and corporate events, weddings, and more paired with a completely unique perspective of the Chicago skyline not found anywhere else.

We’re decking the halls with the best relics of grandma’s attic and welcome you to join us for holiday joy, seasonal sips, and stunning winter views. Our 360-degree glass atrium provides a brilliant snow globe effect, as well as panoramic vantages of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan (on the rocks 🥃). Join us for a retro holiday jubilee surrounded by our winter decorations. And, keep an eye out for nifty ticketed activations from themed paint & sips to winter wellness classes. Took my family here one night to eat. My wife and I ordered two 18$ drinks and they came in two miniature plastic margarita glasses? Although Christmas is right around the corner, it felt like this place didn’t have much of a theme. I was decorated for Christmas but felt more like a club. Service was very fast and very nice! My wife and I liked the food but expected something a little better

The food was so delicious. The service was incredible. Our server, Imani was so attentive and kind even though there were multiple large parties taking place. Loved it!

Went for the Retro Rooftop “event” - there was no event. Decorations were very minimal and there’s no snow globe this year. We didn’t stay once we saw there was no event, because food was overpriced and did not look great.

Would have preferred glass over plastic drink ware. Tables and chairs were not wiped off and we’re dirty. Food was very tasty and the sun coming in through the open doors was delightful

Lovely at Christmas! Wonderful views and the food was very good! We had the burger and the margarhita pizza, and both were delicious and sizeable.

First visit for me and a precious view from every seat at Lake Michigan and Chicago! Casual or Chic upscale environment. Walked from Post-Chicago Shakespeare Theatre Pericles production with night skyline view of Chicago and Navy Pier and Holiday lights. Unique lite choices as well as creative, appetizing meals making it an anytime destination, any type event.
