Welcome to Oggi Trattoria!
Family owned and operated, Oggi makes every guest that dines here feel like they are part of the family, too.
In Italian, Oggi means “today,” and there’s no time like the present to be in the moment, enjoying a meal of fresh and delicious Italian food in the company of loved ones. The menu offers un classics like Grilled Octopus, Calamari, or Baked Clams as starters to whet the appetite. Pastas include favorites from house-made Gnocchi to Spaghetti Carbonara, Fettuccini Alfredo, and Lasagna. Meat dishes range from seafood and pasta dishes (try the Gamberi Alla Diavolo, linguine with a spicy shrimp and tomato sauce) to Saltimboca made with chicken or veal. Oggi’s menu features a wide range of pizza: both stuffed and thin crust, build-your-own or traditional. And it wouldn’t be an Italian family dinner without their homemade Tiramisù and Cannoli to finish off the meal. Come prepared to eat, and enjoy like you’re truly one of the family.

                Time after time this place just keeps getting better. Can’t recommend it enough. Incredible service and the food never disappoints, the chicken Marsala was on point and this new pistachio martini Isaac was making was beyond spectacular. Don’t miss this spot, they make you feel like home every time you go.

                Had an amazing Lunch at the Bar, the owner Luz was amazing very knowledgeable with the food and wine menu. Had some of the best baked clams in the city, fallowed by the lasagna both were delicious. Great spot will definitely be returning soon.

                I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The food was completely uninspired—bland, lacking any depth of flavor, and not at all what you’d expect from a place claiming to specialize in Italian cuisine. The service was equally disappointing—spotty at best, with long waits for everything from placing our order to getting the check. For the price they charge, I expected much better. To make matters worse, the ambiance didn’t match the concept at all. Instead of a cozy, authentic Italian vibe, it felt like I had walked into a loud, chaotic sports bar. Overall, the experience was a complete disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

                Loved the patient and attentive service. Very welcoming staff Food was excellent Enjoyed side of meatballs, lasagna and the rigatoni. Absolutely save room to try the spumoni bomb!!!! Perfect for a cold Sunday evening Will definitely return

                Dropped in to our favorite spot while in Chicago. We are always greeted like family and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The pasta is fresh and full of flavor. I had my favorite Linguini Vonogole which is always wonderful blend of light, balanced flavors, garlic, clams and EVOO! Always leave OGGI feeling the glow from great food and wonderful community!
