Olive & Sea is a rooftop waterfront restaurant on the famed Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal, serving colorful and bold Mediterranean-style dishes, livened by fresh flavors, locally sourced daily seafood specials, and ethically sourced seasons and rubs. Complementing the extensive menu is a creatively crafted cocktail program that infuses traditional Eastern Mediterranean spices, and locally inspired ingredients like citrus and herbs, to deliver a taste sensation as bold in flavor as they are in color. Whether hopping off the Water Taxi for a quick coastal cocktail, convening with friends for happy hour, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking to enjoy an exquisite dining experience and sweeping Intracoastal views, Olive and Sea is a must-sea-and-taste destination. Sunday-Thursday, the kitchen is open until 10pm and the bar is open until 10:30pm.

Overall really enjoyed & would return if staying at the hotel again. Dined on lamb kebab & falafel - delicious. Everything else we saw looked appealing. The crunchy pita salad was a typical Greek salad tho missing olives. Good, not spectacular. Interior a bit noisy. Our server was very accommodating and allowed tasting a couple of wines with decision making. The Greek white paired really well with food. Cocktails first outside was nice. Inside the restaurant was chilly, take a layer. The women’s bathroom stalls had lights not working. Dessert-pistachio cheesecake a highlight!!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile. Took my family tonight & — it was such a wonderful experience. A lot of that had to do with our server, Ashley. From the moment he approached the table, it was kindness & excellence, and he made it just a lovely night out. The view, the food (spectacular), the service, all of it makes this place a great new addition to Lauderdale.

We loved everything about Olive and Sea. Our family of 6 had a table outside that gave us a view of the canal, bridge, and massive yachts. It was situated so it felt like we had a private dining experience. Service was outstanding. I have forgotten our lead servers name. She was very attentive and helped accommodate for special dietary needs with the kitchen. One of us is vegan and another has several allergies. This was appreciated and impressive since there was a large group of 35 inside at the same time. The food was delicious. We ordered several dishes from the menu and they were served family style. Allowing us all to all try several dishes. They were all good. Some standouts were the grilled pita and house bread with the dips - homemade hummus and babaganoush,the chickpea stew, the grilled chicken, the chopped salad. Everything was very flavorful. I’d highly recommend.

The food was very good, but the octopus was disappointing. Our server Elizabeth was excellent very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.

We were seated at a table with a low banquette, which was uncomfortable as the table was high. When we requested to switch to a table with chairs, our request was denied. There are several areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. Overpriced and under satisfaction experience

If you’re a fan of Mediterranean cuisine and appreciate dining with a view, olive and sea is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to my next visit
