    My wife and I tried Olive and Thyme last night and will definitely be back! Our server was very friendly and made great recommendations. We started with the feta dip and zucchini tower. The dip had a nice blend of saltiness and spice. The zucchini tower is absolutely addictive! Crispy without being heavy. A great crunch that keeps you wanting more. Olive and Thyme is in a great location. Close to downtown Clearwater without having to deal with all the traffic.

    Our service was great. The only reason for 4 vs 5 is that the gyro meat was loaf sliced rather than cone cooked.

    The server is fourth generation in the business. Such a nice guy. The strawberry salad and gyro were delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant.
